The course first opened for play in 1917.

Paschal is the original Wake Forest course and the one played by Arnold Palmer while at Wake Forest College. The course includes a clubhouse, putting green, snack bar and pro shop. Richland Creek bisects #5 and borders #1 and #9. Water can also be found on #8.
